Terms of Service

1. The service

Wedding RSVP SaaS ("we", "the Service") lets you create a digital wedding invitation page, collect RSVPs and guest wishes, and manage the content through a private dashboard. The Service is offered in two forms:

• B2C (direct): individual couples purchase one invitation instance directly.
• B2B (whitelabel): wedding planners/partners purchase a subscription covering multiple client invitations under their own branded dashboard, billed per an agreed monthly volume.

2. Account & access

You must sign in (via Google Sign-In, or email/password for whitelabel partner accounts) to create and manage an invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all content entered under your account.

3. B2C invitation lifetime

• A B2C invitation purchase entitles you to 12 months of hosting from the activation date, at a single web address assigned to your invitation.
• At the end of the 12-month period, the invitation is automatically deactivated. The address is not guaranteed to remain reserved and may be reassigned to a new customer.
• Renewal before expiry (pricing TBD) is required to keep the same invitation live beyond 12 months.
• We are not responsible for guests being unable to access an invitation after its 12-month term has ended.

4. Payments & refunds

B2C pricing is a one-time fee per invitation, shown at checkout (see the pricing section on our homepage; current figures are placeholders pending final pricing review). Placeholder refund policy: refunds may be issued at our discretion if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before the invitation has been shared with guests. This section must be finalized before go-live.

B2B/whitelabel pricing and billing terms (per-client or per-month volume pricing) are agreed separately with each partner and are not covered by this general document.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to collect guest data for any purpose other than your own event RSVP management, and not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Data ownership

You own the content you enter (event details, guest list, wishes). We process it only to provide the Service, per our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

The Service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, Pages, D1, R2). We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost RSVPs due to guest error, or issues arising from third-party services (Google Sign-In, Cloudflare) being unavailable.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
